Fees for both face to face and online are per hourly session:
Individuals - £50
6 week block - £270
Organisations - £55
People usually attend counselling weekly, however some prefer two weekly or monthly sessions, it's completely up to you.

Confidentiality
Everything discussed during sessions is kept confidential, however if I have a safeguarding concern, I am obliged by law to pass on information to the relevant authorities. This includes if I believe that a client or others are at risk of harm, or if a court instructs me to provide information. If I feel that there is a risk of harm, I will discuss my decision to break confidentiality. However, if the situation is urgent, I retain the right to break confidentiality without prior consultation with a client.
Cancellation Policy
- Payments must be made the day prior to your session to secure the slot, preferably by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
- If payment is not made prior to your session, I will send a gentle reminder via email or text. The session will be postponed until the payment has been made.
- If you are unable to attend a pre booked session, I ask for 24 hours notice.
- If a cancellation is not made 24 hours prior to the appointment time, then the full fee will be charged.
- If I do not hear from you for 7 days after a missed session, the counselling will be stopped and you will be charged the full amount for the session you have missed.
- If you are late for a session, I will wait for 10 minutes. If you do not arrive I will contact you to rearrange.
