It can feel overwhelming to keep repeating old patterns - whether that's people pleasing, or carrying responsibilities that don't truly belong to you. This can cause feelings of anxiety, stress, or low mood. Counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore these struggles, understand where they come from, and discover new, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
How I Can Help
Many of my clients come to me for support with:
Boundaries & relationship patterns - learn to relate with others without losing yourself
Anxiety, perfectionism & stress - find more balance and self compassion
Loss & life transitions - making sense of painful experiences
Family roles and childhood experiences - understanding how the past shapes the present
People pleasing and caretaker roles - creating space for your own needs
If you recognise yourself in any of these themes, counselling can help you gain clarity and new ways of moving forward.
Opening hours: Mondays 9.30am-7.30pm
Tuesdays 10am-1.30pm
