COUNSELLING FOR ADULTS AND YOUNG PEOPLE (AGE 12+)

It can be overwhelming looking for a counsellor. It's important that you find someone who is the right fit for you and that you feel comfortable.

I'm a BACP accredited counsellor based in Ivybridge, and I offer face to face, online, and walk and talk counselling for adults and young people aged 12+. I also offer concessional rates for student counsellors.

I am highly experienced in working with anxiety, depression, and self esteem, among other issues (see below).

I am passionate about working with individuals who's past experiences are affecting their present lives. Be this through how they are thinking, feeling, or behaving.

Maybe you're feeling stuck, or looking to break old unhelpful patterns.

I can work with you to help you unravel things, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

Counselling:

- Can help anyone and everyone. You don't have to be in crisis to come to counselling.

- Is non-judgemental and confidential.

I can support you to become more self aware, and find healthy ways to express emotions or cope with stresses.

It can help to talk things through with someone unrelated to your personal life.

Below are some of the reasons people come to me for counselling:
